Favourite unprocessed/non-junk foods :D
Meats and dairy:
Cottage cheese.
Natural or natural low fat yoghurt.
Light cheese triangles (don't over do as they are processed more than normal cheese).
Eggs (the WHOLE egg).
Chicken breast fillets.
Turkey fillets.
Turkey bacon.
Goats yoghurt.
White fish fillets (not sure what they are actually haha).
Extra lean beef mince (under 5% fat).
Smoked streaky bacon (mines 45cals per piece and more protein than fat =] )
Chicken fillets.
Fruit:
Water melon.
Apples (any kind).
Pears.
Peaches.
Yellow plums.
Oriental pears.
Grapes (high in sugar though).
Pineapple.
Red currents (quite tart though).
Strawberries.
Honey-due melon.
Passion fruit.
I do like bananas too but don't eat them much due to high sugar/cals.
Vegetables:
Spinach.
Carrots.
Baby carrots.
Celery.
Sweetcorn.
Bell peppers.
Salad fruit/veg:
Tomatoes.
Cucumber.
Carbohydrates:
Brown rice.
Porridge oats.
Chick peas.
Millet.
Quinoa.
Nuts/seeds:
Pumpkin seeds.
Sunflower seeds.
Drinks:
Herbal tea.
Green tea.
Water.
Soy milk.
Other foods i like which aren't very healthy per-say but are ok in small quantities for me personally:
Protein bars (i have one a day, try to keep the sugar and fat quite low in compared with the protein content and not have hugely high calories).
Protein powder (i only have 10g a day mixed with 100g soy yoghurt, which is amazingly tasty like mouse). i buy milk and egg protein or whey protein.
